Enrolling in the Re$ubmitIt® program couldn’t be easier. Simply:

  1. Download and fill out the Re$ubmitIt® Service Agreement
  2. Mail Agreement to:
    Re$ubmitIt®
    P.O. Box 70969
    Louisville, KY 40270-0969

As soon as we receive the signed Service Agreement from you, your Re$ubmitIt® account will be set up right away.
 
We will also fax or e-mail you a Special Instructions Authorization Form to fill out, which directs your financial institution to send all returned checks to the Re$ubmitIt® processing center. (You fax this Authorization Form to your financial institution). That’s all you do!.
 
Re$ubmitIt® will send you a Welcome Kit in the mail with instructions on how to track and view your checks in the recovery process (for security purposes, Re$ubmitIt® provides the Web link to you).
